By accessing or using GoWildHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload systems, or use GoWildHub for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Community Guidelines

Community participation should remain respectful, relevant, and useful to other travelers. Harassment, threats, spam, hate speech, impersonation, and intentionally misleading content are not allowed.

Lounge Rules

The Lounge is intended for travel discussion, route tips, trip experiences, and helpful GoWild-related conversation. We may remove posts, comments, images, or accounts that violate these rules or harm the community.

User Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant GoWildHub a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

Intellectual Property

GoWildHub, its design, branding, software, and related materials are owned by CediZone LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law or written permission.

Limitation of Liability

GoWildHub is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee flight availability, pricing, booking success, or uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CediZone LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the service, or used the platform in a way that may cause legal, operational, or security harm.

Service Availability

We work to keep GoWildHub reliable, but service availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party providers, network conditions, or events outside our control.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GoWildHub after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which CediZone LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
